On the first floor is a room flat with accomodation for up to 6 persons. There are two bedrooms, a living-room, a large kitchen and bathroom with bath. |

One bedroom contains a double-bed with separate mattresses (1,80 x 2.00 mtr.) and a roomy built in wardrobe. |

In the second bedroom are two single beds and a balcony to enjoy the morning sun. |

The living room has a couch (bedcouch for 2 people), arm-chairs, table, TV and radio. Various Berlin literature, a city atlas and illustrated books are on the bookshelves for you to look at. |

The sitting room and the terrace outside have afternoon and evening sun. W-LAN and a house telephone are available. |

In the large kitchen there is seating space for up to 6 people. A child’s high chair is available. |

Coffee machine, water boiler, refrigerator, electric oven with ceramic plate, microwave and dishwasher are all there as well as plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and tableware. |

In the bathroom there is a W.C., a bath with shower, washbasin and hairdryer. Towels are provided. |

After a perhaps strenuous city tour or a longer museum visit or just shopping you can enjoy relaxing on the sun-terrace with a garden view. |

There are parking spaces in front of the house. If you bring your bicycle you can put it in the garden shed. You can also borrow a bicycle. |
